Absolutely! While most of my post popular services are once-off projects (like website builds and logo designs) I do also offer monthly packages for Social Media Management, SEO, & Web Maintenance. We can also create a customized monthly retainer to suit your needs!

I usually book out 1-2 months in advance, so if you have a specific timeline that you need your project completed within, it's very important you reach out in advance to avoid disappointment.

Yes, all projects require a deposit prior to work commencing. The specific deposit amount will be stated in your contract.

To secure your project start date, you must sign your contract and pay your deposit (if applicable). Projects and start dates are not secured without these 2 items.

Yes, I do have blackout periods during the year to ensure I can fully focus on existing projects and enjoy the holiday season.

- From November 1st to November 30th, I pause taking on new clients or projects to manage Black Friday preparations.

- From December 20th to January 5th, I take a break for the holidays.

That depends on what sort of website you are looking for!

For websites that are not eCommerce, I primarily work with WIX, as I am a certified WIX partner and I feel that WIX offers the most creative freedoms and capabilities, and also is the best platform for clients to use after the build is finished.

However, I also offer website builds on WordPress as well, when requested.

For eCommerce websites, I use & recommend Shopify. Shopify is one of, if not the most, powerful eCommerce platform around and is everything you want and need when building and managing an online store. I am also a part of the Shopify Partner Program, which means I get exclusive offers and discounts that I can pass onto my clients.

There are some platforms that I don't work with, so please double check with me during our discovery call on what those platforms are!

I am a front-end website designer, not a developer. While I can write strings of code, it is very limited. If you are looking for a back-end developer, I am more than happy to provide you with some referrals within the industry.

Unfortunately not. Engagement on social media platforms has become its own specialized service offering, requiring dedicated resources and expertise to keep up with the ever-changing algorithms and demand.

I would highly recommend seeking out a company that specializes only in social media engagement!
